The W Office Suites brings boutique-hotel finish to the everyday office. Each building has fourteen private suites, from single offices to two-room executive suites, set around a double-height lobby, a shared conference room, and a break room.

Leases are full service, so utilities and upkeep are handled. Bring your internet and your business; we take care of the building. At Prairieville, there is even a putting green in the courtyard.

What's included in the rent?

Every suite is leased full service: utilities, building maintenance, and common-area upkeep are included in one monthly rent, along with use of the lobby, shared conference room, and break room. Internet is the one thing each tenant sets up.

How big are the offices?

Private offices run about 120 to 185 square feet. Executive suites have two connected rooms behind one door and run about 310 to 395 square feet. Sizes are measured from the architectural floor plans and are approximate.

Is there a conference room?

Yes. A shared conference room sits just off the first-floor lobby, and upstairs there is a waiting area and a break room with a kitchenette.

Where are the buildings?

The W has two buildings in Ascension Parish: 38467 Hwy 42 in Prairieville, about 10 minutes from I-10, and 400 Conway Village Blvd in Gonzales, about 3 minutes from I-10.
